Shake well before use and slide your hand down the underside of the belt towards the center, then lift the belt away from the deck.

• Aim the nozzle of the oil bottle towards the center and apply to each side repeat this process 2 more times.
• Once the belt is lubricated, power on the treadmill and let the treadmill run for 2-3 minutes to allow the lube to coat the treadmill belt and deck.
